Come and join us for the Cumbrae Challenge on Scotland’s west coast!
You have the option to walk or cycle this 10 mile trail and see some incredible views and wildlife on your journey.
Throughout the day there will be plenty of options to stop for some light refreshments at Fintry Bay Café and the Cathedral of the Isles, which is the smallest cathedral in Britain. If you decide you’ve had enough at any point on the route there is a local bus to take you back to the start so you can make it as long or short as you like.
You can bring your own bike or hire one on the island from Mapes of Millport. There are bikes to suit all ages including tandems, tricycles, bikes with carriers and trailers, and even an eight-seater bike to share with your friends. It is recommended that you pre-book your bikes so they will be ready for you at the start of the day.
From 3pm, join us to celebrate volunteers week and the work of Christian Aid in Clark Memorial Hall in Largs for refreshments, entertainment and the opportunity to meet Christian Aid staff and other volunteers.
Register today and join our great day out on the Isle of Cumbrae!
